Not able to get the PC to connect with the router to transmit files.2018-01-19T08:10:10-05:00

I am hoping for some assistance. I recently purchased a router from a sign shop that replaced it with a new machine. I was on site when they showed me the router running before picking it up. I haven’t been able to get the PC to connect with the router to transmit files. I tried a new data cable but that didn’t work either. I’m not sure what else to do or check, all the fuses are good in the control cabinet and have power to the pendant, it can cut a rectangle once I enter all the settings from the table. I have attached 2 photos, 1 showing Available Machines and the other showing Communication. The LRC shows no connection and no current .I followed many explainer videos to get a solution out of it but,did not any. I don’t know how this happened. Please help me out.

Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello Aaron,
A router that has been used in a previous environment may still be configured for that environment and may need to be factory reset. There should be a button on the outside of the router that would need to be pressed in for several seconds until LED lights blink to acknowledge that the Router has been reset.
Once this is reset you can then search the internet for instructions on setting up the Router for your environment.
You may need to contact the Routers Vendor Support to set up the router correctly.
