This document outlines Genians’ payment terms and methods to help you navigate your financial obligations as a customer.
- Payment options
- Auto-renewal Payment (Credit Card Only): Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle unless canceled.
 - Manual Payment: We can send an invoice before the billing cycle:
- Annual Subscriptions: 1 month before the due date
 - Monthly Subscriptions: 1 week before the due date
 
 
 - Payment Methods:
- Credit Card: Accepted via the Genians portal (my.genians.com) for purchases. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX).
 - Bank Transfer/ACH (US Banks Only): This option is available for orders with Net-30 payment terms. Bank transfer information will be included on your invoice.
 
 - Billing Cycle
- Monthly Subscription:
- Paid via credit card only.
 - Recurring monthly payments are processed at the start of each billing cycle.
 
 - Annual Subscription:
- Payable via credit card or bank transfer/ACH with Net-30 payment terms
 - Annual auto-renewing subscriptions can be paid via credit card
 
 
 - Monthly Subscription:
 - Overdue payment
- 30 Days Overdue: Subscription service may be blocked
 - 60 Days Overdue: Your account may be deleted and cannot be reactivated
 
 - Subscription Cancellations / Refunds
- Subscription benefits continue until the end of the current billing period
 - No refunds for current or prior billing periods
 - Cancellations and plan changes may take a few days to process but are effective from the date of request
 
 - Tax Information
- Genians USA, Inc. is exempt from withholding taxes in the United States and international sales. For a copy of Genians’ W9 form, contact invoice@genians.com.
